Description :

Farmhouse cheese made with fresh full-cream cow's milk: pressed cheese, dry rinds, bloomy rinds and smoked rinds. Fleuron d'Artois is an uncooked, pressed cheese made in the traditional way directly after milking, using old traditional recipes that give it its natural and authentic quality. It is suitable for all uses: tasting, toasted sandwiches, fondues, mixed salads, quiches, raclette and more. Fresh cheese: plain, garlic and herb and with spices.
